Blackbuck hunting in Argentina on its own is a fantastic and challenging experience. This species can be hunted year-round since they do not have a specific mating season and breed all year round. This means that at any given time during the year there will be black coated bucks rutting.
Most of our Blackbuck hunts take place in our property of 30,000 acres of nothing but open plains in La Pampa where the endless rolling hills of grasslands and sand dunes make the perfect habitat for these elusive animals. It is not uncommon to see hundreds of blackbucks each day, and a few very impressive bucks. Our hunts consist of spotting from a long distance and approaching on foot, taking advantage of the rolling hills to get as close as possible to take the shot.
